On each of our land-based websites we have tried to take the stress out of the selling process for the seller by giving them the best possible forum to announce the land they have for sale, market the database in the best possible way in the search engines, and to bring you - the buyer - to their land listing successfully.
We work equally as hard to help in your search. We know there are hundreds of parcels of land on the market, and choosing the right one for you is very important. So with this database, we hope you find the very property that will start fulfilling your families needs.

Please allow us to show you some of the features we have installed mostly for you - the buyer. During your land search, and on each land listing you view, you will find a "favorites" icon. This icon allows you to store your favorite listings for later viewing. You can store as many listings as you want, and you can delete any listings from your favorites list at any time. If you have any questions about this icon, please feel free to contact us at any time. Please note that the "contact us" icon is your link to the agent or land-owner selling the parcel. That link does not come to MaggieValleyLand.com service department. To contact MaggieValleyLand.com, please use the contact us button on the side of the page or at the bottom of the page.

Another feature is the "tell a friend" icon. You have most likely used a feature like this in other websites, but we wanted to make sure you know that when you send a listing to a friend, we do not store any information in our system. When you enter their email address, it is never stored or sold, so please know that all information is safe.

We are also very happy with the "brochure" feature. It allows the seller to be able to print our professional brochures of their listings while at the same time giving you a great tool to print the listings out with the sellers contact information included. If you need any help with any of that, feel free to contact us. Please keep in mind that we don't sell the land listings, we advertise the land for the seller, so it is always best to contact the seller for any questions about their listings. We do not have any information above-and-beyond what is placed into the listing itself.

You will notice that some listings have the "360 virtual tour" link included. If this icon is showing on a listing it means the seller has gone to great lengths to display that property to you in the best possible way. Once you click on that icon, it will open up a photo or video tour in a new window. If you have a "pop-up blocker" turned on, it most likely will not allow the video tour to open in a new window. In this case, just click and hold the "alt" button on your keyboard while you click on the video tour with your mouse. That will over-ride the pop-up blocker and allow the tour to open, but it will keep your pop-up blocker working to keep those unwanted pop-ups from occuring on other websites.
While on this note, please know that we DO NOT allow pop-up ads to display on our websites, so you will never have that problem. If a pop-up occurs, it is only becauseyou have chosen to open a video tour.

We do not charge the buyer for anything. and they choose to market those listings on their own. The same can be said with anyone doing a "for sale by owner" listing, whether it be land or residential property. The task for the buyer is to be able to view all land listings that is within the MLS system and all the land listings that are "for sale by owner". What we have been able to do for you is to bring all those listings together so you have a full view of all land listings for sale in Haywood County and surrounding counties.
